Todays blog is going to be a little different. As you can tell by the title, I have a very strong opinion behind the truth of the famous O.J. Simpson case. In this post I plan to tell you all the reasons that I 100% believe that O.J. was guilty of killing his ex-wife Nicole Simpson and waiter, Ronald Lyle Goldman. Disclaimer: these are my opinions. I'm not expecting to change anyone's opinions of the cases. I am simply just displaying my thoughts on my own blog. Again, O.J. Simpson was found non-guilty in this case, but I believe otherwise.
Why is O.J. Simpson Guilty?
Here is a list of just a few reasons that I believe this to be true.
A week before her death, Nicole told friend Cici Shahian: "He's going to kill me and get away with it and charm the world because he's OJ Simpson".
Police respond to a 911 call on New Year's Day 1989 to find a bruised and bleeding Nicole hiding in the bushes, wearing only a bra and sweatpants, crying: "He's going to kill me! He's going to kill me!"
DNA evidence proved that five blood drops found near the killer's footprints at the Bundy murder scene belong to OJ.
DNA test proved that spots of blood on the driver's door of the Bronco was OJ's.
Blood on socks in OJ's bedroom matches OJ's and Nicole's.
Cops find blood in the shower and sink of OJ's bathroom after the murders.
Hair matching OJ's is found on Goldman's shirt.
The killer's bloody shoe print found at the murder scene is from a size 12 Bruno Magli shoe, the same size worn by OJ.
OJ denies owning Bruno Magli shoes but a photo of OJ from a 1993 football game shows him wearing Bruno Maglis that match the prints at the murder scene.
A bloody glove matching the glove found at the murder scene that was found on OJ's property within hours of the murders contains a hair with the same microscopic characteristics as Ron's and Nicole's.
A bloody glove matching the one at the murder scene is found behind OJ's house near the air-conditioning unit, where Kato heard three thumps.
The glove at the murder scene and the glove at OJ's home are extra large: OJ's size. And they are a matching right and left glove.
On the night of the murders, OJ cuts the knuckle of his left middle finger. Investigators determine the murderer is cut on the same side based on the blood drops found immediately to the left of the killer's shoe print.
The Juice doesn't ask police anything about the safety of his two youngest children after he's told his wife has been murdered at her home.
Flight attendant Beverly Deteresa says OJ gulped down glasses of water and went to the bathroom every 15 minutes throughout the flight.
Photos show OJ holding a gun to his head during the low-speed chase.
Simpson writes a suicide note that is read after his escape from arrest on June 17, 1994. The note is written from pal Robert Kardashian's house on June 15- and reeks of guilt.
In 60 percent of all domestic murders the killer beats his victim, strangles his victim, stabs his victim or slashes his victim's throat.
Prosecutor Darden claims OJ told a pal the night of Nicole's murder "I'm going to get her. I'm going to teach her a lesson".
In 1982, OJ throws Nicole against a wall: In 1987, he shoves her to the ground; and in 1989, he slaps her and pushes her from a moving car.
Murders occurred between 10:15 p.m. and 10:40 p.m., based on testimony from prosecution and defense witnesses who heard barking from the area of the crime scene. Ms. Simpson's blood-covered pet Akita was found shortly before 11 p.m.
Simpson did not testify at his criminal trial. Defense attorneys will almost always call as a witness an articulate client that they believe to be innocent.
The jury was not allowed to hear testimony concerning Simpson's rumored jailhouse confession to Rosie Grier.
OJ flees from cops on June 17, 1994 in Cowling's Ford Bronco.
In his 2007 book, If I Did It, Simpson (for all intents and purposes) confessed. The book describes in detail events leading up to the moment of the murders.
If you have not taken the time to review this case, I highly suggest it to anyone interested in finding out the truth. I have always been intrigued by this case and just how O.J. Simpson got away with double murder. The evidence speaks for itself. Whether you believe this case is about a celebrity sports star who excaped his punishment, or an African American former football player who the LAPD treated unfairly, you can't deny the amount of physical evidence found after the murders. Some might ask, "then how did O.J. get away with murder?" and I have two simple explinations for that.
How O.J. Got Away With Murder:
Mark Fuhrman: Fuhrman was one of the first cops on the scene, and the officer who found most of the physical evidence, and specifically the bloody glove behind the guest house. The prosecution didn't know that Fuhrman had made a tape (ostensibly, talking to a movie producer as background of "how cops think") where he made some pretty racist statements about black suspects -- lots of use of the n-word. So the defense pretty much let him blow himself out of the water -- they asked him if he ever used the word, and then rolled out the tape and a few additional supporting witnesses. So now the cop who found the bloody glove was viewed a racist cop who didn't seem to be above framing a black man for the crime.
If the glove doesn't fit...: The prosecution walked right into this one -- you never have an in-court demonstration unless you're sure of the outcome. But Johnnie Cochran (Simpson's lawyer) pretty much double-dog-dared the prosecution to have O.J. try the glove on in open court, in front of the jury. Keep in mind: - the glove was fairly stiff from being soaked with blood, as well as being frozen and unfrozen a few times (to preserve it) in the course of the case; - O.J. was wearing a latex glove under the incriminating glove, which might have made the glove harder to put on; - Surprise, surprise... O.J. couldn't get the glove on, and the prosecution's best piece of physical evidence tying him to the scene was further compromised. (Taken together with Fuhrman, it turned into "cops tried to frame him, and didn't even use the right-sized glove...")
That's it for this blog post guys! Thanks for taking the time to check out the reasons I have provided as to why I beileve O.J. Simpson is guilty of the murders. Leave a comment down below telling me what your opinions of this case are! O.J. Simpson - Guilty or Guilty?
